[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH 02/10] spdifenc: always encapsulate DTS in big-endian format

A/V receivers (at least mine) expect DTS in the standard big-endian
format. Make the IEC 61937 muxer always output DTS in that format
(which actually saves us a byteswap on LE DTS).
