I think the bug bounty idea is a way to get the money to the people who
work on ffmpeg and at the same time it should reduce the amount of bugs
somewhat.
I did not expect it to to draw in a significant number of new developers
jumping on bugs that are too hard for the ffmpeg developers to fix.
