[FFmpeg-devel] should libavfilter export avfiltergraph.h ?

please excuse me if my lack of ffmpeg-devel experience negates this; but..

...given that the required change would be in the libavfilter's own Makefile
(ie from gsoc repo, not yet integrated into main repo), then this is surely
no more a case of installing headers for not-yet functional code than the
main header, avfilter.h ?

i.e. isn't the question to be asked, is avfiltergraph.h intended to be
internal-user only, or client api usable?
