I remember some guy doing this for a "wikipedia on a smartphone" project or something
like that.

1) I know the word you are asking me
2) I know which block to decompress (there's a precalculated index)
3) I decompress only that block (and maybe the next one)
4) I parse the XML piece I get (horribly split, but still resyncable)
5) I show you the result
