[FFmpeg-devel] load_input_picture-crash-fix.patch

Long time ago I had some crashes inside avcodec. I tried to debug and it appeared that in low memory conditions it could crash if ff_alloc_picture fails. As far as I remember that ff_alloc_picture could request considerable amount of memory so, return results really should be checked everywhere. The attached patch fixed my problems
