[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] more hardcoded tables support for AAC and QDM2

Hello,
this adds support for auto-generating the hardcoded cbrt_tab from AAC and the
noise-tables from QDM2.
(Full tests are still in progress).
The tables have around 64kB size overall.
Please comment.
