Hi, subject.

It is not clear what's the use of the AVSEEK_FORCE flag for
url_seek(), and indeed it is never directly used by it (but it is used
by url_fseek), in the doubt I didn't documented it.

Let me also note that the use of AVSEEK_SIZE for getting the size of a
resource is not very nice, maybe we should add a new URL.url_get_size
callback for that.
