If you don't specify input and output regs, the % sequences are not
parsed, and the double % stays in. Use
asm("pxor %%mm0, %%mm0 \n\t"::)
or
asm("pxor %mm0, %mm0 \n\t")
Probably the first variant is preferred for consistency.
