I think your patch is correct but please take a look at the related
changes in 1cede1d0 first
Also an english commit message is needed and declarations and
statements should, if possible not be mixed as some compilers are
sensitive to that (gcc 2.95 is an example but there are others IIRC)
either way, your work on ffserver is appreciated!
