[FFmpeg-devel] APIchanges, avcodec_open2 and 0.8.2 "Love"

Hello list,

I have a question regarding the APIchanges file: It says avcodec_open2()
and avformat_find_stream_info() are available since lavc 53.6.0 / lavf
53.3.0, and this check works for the git version of FFmpeg. But your
latest release 0.8.2 has API versions lavc 53.7.0 / lavf 53.4.0 and does
not include those two functions.

Since it is already hard for application programmers to keep up with the
changing API, could you maybe update the APIchanges file to reflect this
inconsistency? That would be great!
