[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] rtmpproto: rename URLContext* argument in rtmp_write()

Now the first argument is URLContext *h. However, the function logs to
LOG_CONTEXT, which is #defined as 's' for new lavf major versions.

Therefore, rename h -> s.
