Hi. Experiencing the same problem here. It does not appear that this
patch or an equivalent fix has been merged. Meanwhile, this patch no
longer applies to the tip. What to the FFmpeg devs recommend should be
the way forward on this? Will an update of David's patch be
acceptable?
