[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] update MAINTAINERS

Hello,
as a maintainer I consider it my responsibility to fix issues in code
maintained by me in a timely manner.
After a lot of thinking I have come to the conclusion that I have
too little influence on this to make such a promise for the ffmpeg.org
repository.
Thus I request that at least for that repository attached patch be applied
(or equivalent, removing the lines may not be wisest, conditional
on the next part replacing my name with ffmpeg at git.videolan.org might be
an alternative as well).
I leave it up to others to decide whether to apply to also to the videolan.org
repository, I wouldn't consider it necessary but I leave it to you.
