[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] rtsp: Parse and handle RTP-Info headers

Hi,

This patchset parses the RTP-Info headers, setting the base_timestamp for 
RTP timestamp generation from this, if present, instead of from the first 
packet as currently.
