[FFmpeg-devel] BUG? interlaced encoding using libx264, nal-hrd

Yes it does, good :-)

Now there is something else that really puzzles me.

When ffmpeg is fed with an mpeg transport stream, the
message "[libx264 @ 0x1d897a0] VBV parameters cannot
be changed when NAL HRD is in use" doesn't appear, it
does appear when I feed it an avi with mjpeg in it,
same resolution fps interlacing parameters etc.

Weird.
