[FFmpeg-devel] Unable to convert 3gp file to mp3

Hi,

I am unable to convert a 3gp file to mp3. I am emailing you due to the comment "If you want to help, upload a sample of this file to ftp://upload.ffmpeg.org/MPlayer/incoming/ and contact the ffmpeg-devel mailing list." when running ffmpeg.

The file could not be uploaded to ftp://upload.ffmpeg.org/ so I have attached it to this email. Hope that is ok.
