[FFmpeg-devel] bugreport titles

Hi everyone

When you spot a bug report with a really meaningless title/summary
and you happen to read through it and figure out what it is about,
please fix the title.

It saves everyone time if people can skip irrelevant tickets and
concentrate on the ones they have the knowledge, hw and sw to work
on instead of having to read through 20 pages just to find out its
specific to something they dont have so cannot work on anyway ...
