I noticed this message, when audio is sent that "overlaps"
like packet a is 1-5 seconds, packet b is "4-8"
Audio timestamp 329016 < 329026 invalid, cliping
(see patch for spelling).
However, when glancing through the neighbor code, I see that it adjust
the PTS timestamp, but does it end up actually clipping any audio
data?
