Removing the long descriptions in the encoders and decoders when they do not
bring more information than the description in the codec descriptor was
suggested, I believe. But this is not a simple issue: apps that rely on them
would have to be adapted.

In the meantime, Philip just makes the codec descriptors consistent with the
encoders and decoders he recently changed (I believe his patches overlapped
the introduction of codec descriptors).
