[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH]Partly support MS cyuv

Hi!

Fourcc cyuv can be both Creative yuv and uyvy422 rawvideo (as defined by 
Microsoft).
Attached patch allows to decode samples/CYUV.AVI with -vcodec rawvideo.
