[FFmpeg-devel] Added clockwise rotate values for 90 and 270 degrees to libavformat/mov.c

I noticed that the metadata for .mov files was only being sent back with a
"rotate" value if it was determined to be 180 degrees.  I added in checks
for 90 and 270 degree transforms applied to the .mov file.  This is helpful
for people processing .mov files recorded on iPhones.
