[FFmpeg-devel] dshow & bintext API updates

Hi

dshow & bintext used AVFormatParameters, this was removed in todays
merge. And i didnt saw an easy way to provide a compatibility layer

So dshow & bintext need your help, please update them so they dont
depend on AVFormatParameters, easiest is probably to use private
options

Awnsering whenever a program halts or runs forever is
On a turing machine, in general impossible (turings halting problem).
On any real computer, always possible as a real computer has a finite number
of states N, and will either halt in less than N cycles or never halt.
