Thanks. I have updated to latest from git but I now have an encoding
latency of around 24 frames.  I am capturing a live stream at around 7 FPS
so the latency on my 'live' stream is now around 4 seconds.  I haven't
changed any of the codec options from before the update to the latest on
git.

How can I lower the encoding frame latency?
