[FFmpeg-devel] clarification request. Which list *is* for bug reports then?

Sometimes I like to ask on the M/L if anybody has any ideas about a
bug before reporting it (basically, "can you reproduce this? does it
seem like a bug to you?")

Maybe it would be possible to add something like "if you need to
report a bug, you can ask for feedback about it on the specific
projects mailing list, then see the Bug Reports link above" or the
like?
