[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH 2/2] cmdutils: Fix cpuflags so the flags dont pull in and out other flags.

Note, this doesnt really break compatibility with libav, as libav (anton)
has implemented a more complex and more limited system under the same
-cpuflags command line option we used since some time. Thus anton
just a few hours ago broke compatibility.
I could try to stay compatible and drop or reimplement our features
in the more primitive design. But as this is
mainly for debugging and not normal end users i think droping
compatibility for the sake of code quality is worth it for this.
But comments are very welcome! Maybe also someone has a differnt
oppinion / usecase or view on this, Iam very interrested in that,
after all i could be missing something ...
The differences to libav for example are we can do things like
ffmpeg -cpuflags -sse+mmx -cpuflags +3dnow
Its also possible in our system to force flags that have not been
detected as available
And our -cpuflags works with all tools not just 1
