[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH 4/4] libopenjpegenc: allow changing encoding parameters

All four of these patches look good to me.  Thanks Paul for simplifying and
progressing this encoder!  Don't wait for me to apply these four patches
either.  Once school gets out (May) I'll be able to devote some time to
progressing this, at which point my repo will be more meaningful.
