This was not the main concern when writing the code. It should be as fast as
the one that was already in place in ALSA, and probably slightly faster that
the one that was in use for Vorbis until it switched to planar output.

It returns a function pointer, so there is no problem in implementing some
reordering functions in assembly if it is deemed useful.
