[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Fix wrong use of "an" in some comments.

Hi,

this patch fixes several wrong uses of "an" in the comments/doxy. It is to be
used if the following _spoken_ pronunciation is a vocal (can't find better words).

This time, my first try for a pull-request. If I haven't missed it, we are
lacking some documentation for how to send pull-request-based contributions on
the web page.
