Hey,

this patchset improves the VC-1 DXVA2 implementation to conform to the 
updated DXVA2 profile, also known as VC1_D2010.

In particular, this fixes playback with DXVA2 on Intel GPUs with recent
drivers. In contrast to NVIDIA or AMD, Intel is especially strict about
these values, and only compliant data will decode correctly.

After this patchset, all my WMV3 and VC-1 streams play properly on these GPUs.
