Well you know there are no such people on this ML. But alooking at
.rc's of some other projects (zlib, VirtualBox, GTK+), they all don't
have real license in them. So, patch dropped.

PS: I still think it is a good idea to let users know the license, and
even build configuration of an FFmpeg DLL, as FFmpeg is really modular
and one avcodec.dll with --disable-everything is very different from
another with --enable-nonfree.
