I would have expected so.

The second file - AVCI50_Test_xf.mxf - that was the source 
for the SPS/PPS we use was written with "XFConverter" using 
the option "Store AVC-Intra header on each frame".

Can anybody test if this file plays correctly with any 
third-party software or if the SPS/PPS is broken (which 
I guess would make my first patch correct)?
