No, there currently isn't any code in swscale to convert rgb <-> gbrp (as
far as I know, at least). That's the reason I first sent the encoder
shifting patch (the original patch in this email thread), so it could be
used as a temporary workaround until these gbrp pixel formats can actually
be useful. I'm hoping to get some more input from other devs, because this
is a bit of an unfortunate situation.
