[FFmpeg-devel] a new benchmarking option for ffmpeg

Attached are 2 patches that add a new benchmarking mode to ffmpeg. Contrary to -benchmark_all, the new -benchmark_most provides detailed timing results after all else is done, and not during execution.

The 2nd patch file takes into account a number of suggestions of the patcheck tool concerning the 2 files with my high-res timing functions.
