Is it really a good idea to change ffmpeg to work around this? By now, some
cracker has probably turned this problem into an exploit against MSE.
Working around the problem in ffmpeg would lull users into thinking the
problem is resolved, while they still are running a highly vulnerable
service with extended privileges: it would be more secure for them to
disable MSE until microsoft fixes it. And if MSE is either disabled or
fixed, there is no need to change ffmpeg.
