[FFmpeg-devel] doc/ffmpeg: add a few examples for fps filter to showcase the proper usage

I've noticed that many people are trying to use "-vf fps=25" instead of "-vf fps=fps=25", so I added a couple of examples, just to make it clear for them how to use a proper syntax.
