[FFmpeg-devel] Complete Hald CLUT support

Hi all,

The patchset is now complete, and includes some documentation.

I've refactored the code shared by overlay and haldclut in the most clumsy way
possible (basically put the code in a shared .c), but it's mostly clean. Maybe
it should be part of the internals, but I don't plan to work on it. This code
could be used in vf blend, and maybe some others.
