What I'm trying to say is that as good you will define a hierarchy
(libopus related functions, external libraries wrappers functions,
decoding related functions, fancy math stuff functions, functions
starting with "p" etc. etc.), you will not get the unique and only
valid categorization.
Since we already defined a categorization which reflects the file
structure, we should insist on that rather than adding more and more
arbitrary structures.
