[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH 0/5] doc: .txt files cleanup

The .txt files in doc either are a) things that should be in Texinfo-based doc,
b) things that should be/already are in Doxygen, c) things should be
in Wiki or somewhere else (non-ffmpeg-related), d) things should
probably in a different project or git repo (codec specs), or e)
things that are outdated/rotten. This is my first attempt to cleanup
the folder.

All patches in this patch set have been suggested by Stefano. Suggestions
welcomed.
