[FFmpeg-devel] Fix bug for POWER LE: avcodec/ppc/vp3dsp_altivec.c

Hi,
This patch is to fix vp3 for POWER8 little endian.
 Function vp3_idec_add_altivec() and Macro MC15 are fixed. The passed test cases change from  2319/2328 to 2328/2328.
