Those functional test can work in both way, we can test our code, 
whether it is working propely
or not, and as we have already written how those api are expected to 
function, they could be of good use to libav-users. Since user who has 
not seen the ffmpeg code, can get a link of those api functionality

I was just asking every one opinion,I think you feel its better to add 
example.
