[FFmpeg-devel] pull request 57 - ffmpeg reading dvds with still menus through libdvdnav

Hi ffmpeg team!

it's Voyager (Patrick Middag) from Team-XBMC. I'm working with FernetMenta
to get our ffmpeg patches integrated upstream. Here's one that is
particularly important as it relates to ffmpeg being able to read dvds
through libdvdnav. The issue is concerning dvd menus with stills and no
longer triggering events once buffer filled. For description and proposed
