[FFmpeg-devel] FIX - compile error libxavs with ffmpeg-2.1.2.tar.bz2 tarball - FIX

When compiling the ffmpeg-2.1.2.tar.bz2 tarball, I get the following error:

libavcodec/libxavs.c: In function ‘XAVS_frame’:
libavcodec/libxavs.c:161: error: ‘avctx’ undeclared (first use in this function)
libavcodec/libxavs.c:161: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
libavcodec/libxavs.c:161: error: for each function it appears in.)
make: *** [libavcodec/libxavs.o] Error 1

It seems that some code merge went wrong.
If you copy and use libxavs.c from git, everything works as expected.
