[FFmpeg-devel] Build ffmpeg with opencl for windows using mingw

Am using mingw on Ubuntu to build for Win32 and Win64 targets.
The configure fails with the following error:

Where can I get the libOpenCL and header files? Are these vendor/platform
dependent?
