[FFmpeg-devel] ffmpeg git hooks

Hi

Are the hooks which are used for ffmpeg git publically visible
somewhere ?
iam asking as we would like to submit patches to fix some issues
in them.
For example we would like to add tests/fate/*.mak to the exceptions
which allow tabs
