[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] rtpenc_chain: also copy AVFMT_FLAG_BITEXACT to new AVFormatContext

Otherwise it is impossible to make '-movflags +rtphint' bitexact after
FF_API_LAVF_BITEXACT has been disabled.
