Sorry, but this makes absolutely no sense imo:
I asked you if nvenc is a system library and your answer did 
not indicate that you are certain it is a system library (and 
I did ask you if I maybe misunderstood your answer),

If it is not a system library, you must not remove this line.

If it is a system library, please enable auto-detection as we 
already have enough untested features and as we generally do 
autodetect system libraries.
