[FFmpeg-devel] vlc0.8.6i contrib ffmpeg losing swscale.h

Hi All:
for learning vlc source, I'm try build vlc0.8.6i(stable version)
but while building ffmpeg0.4.8, which lose source code for swscale.h


which version of libswscale, I should find.
