[FFmpeg-devel] segment file realease time

hi all
im creating a hls segment file
and im seeing that the format wrightsthe m3u8 file when your at about 75
frames into the encoding
how can i flush the file sooner
im making the segment very small for testing about 0.5 sec per segment

any ideas?
