[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH]lavc/h264: Show "Increasing reorder buffer" message with loglevel info

Hi!

The message "Increasing reorder buffer" when decoding h264 seems quite 
important to me, it should be shown by default imo (or as a warning).
See also ticket #5138.
