I am NOT okay with adding AVClass or AVOption to AVCodecParameters. Keeping
things modular and simple is better in this case rather than providing 2
ways to access struct fields. Applications should use the normal way to
access fields in the struct rather than go through AVOption, so the
argument about a mysterious crash is void.
